More than 90% of HeartSuite VERICIS and EchoIMS service support is handled remotely.

Our remote service and diagnostic capabilities provide the fastest possible response because a service engineer does not have to travel to your site in order to provide service.

HeartSuite remote access security

Our secure remote access systems are provided by the Emageon office in Hartland, Wisconsin as well as back-up connections from our facilities in Florida and Ottawa. Customers with these secure connections to Emageon are assured that only Emageon authorized personnel can remotely access your systems.

HeartSuite service call escalation process

Based on the length of time taken in the process of servicing a call, severity of the problem or its complexity, the service call status will automatically be escalated within the service and engineering support groups. A particular advantage of having the primary service provided from Emageon headquarters is the ready access of service personnel to the design engineering team.
