Emageon provides a comprehensive set of support services to ensure the system is highly available and is optimally configured for the user community. Through continuous remote monitoring of the system and its components, Emageon is aware of small changes in system behavior, oftentimes allowing our Support Operations team the opportunity to intervene and correct before problems occur.
Emageon provides 24x7 service engineering support for its solution, including any third party hardware or software, as a standard service function. Customers may enter an incident through a Customer Web Portal, or call the 1.888.EMAGEON support line to report incidents, request information or enter feature requests. Emageon service team members are trained to provide unparalleled customer service and support, and to rapidly resolve problems through proven troubleshooting techniques.
Under our Continuous Success Management program, many functions usually performed by the Customer are provided by Emageon. Interaction with third parties, monitoring of storage requirements, finance support services, and general large scale program oversight are all services provided by Emageon teams. |
